Rename a visibility state

Hello guys, how are you doing all?
I have a visibility state for a dynamic block in AutoCAD and its a bit long list and I would like to modify the list based on a list from a text or Excel file since this sort of coding is not possible in coding with AutoCAD and that's why I am asking for help in AHK strokes forum.

Please find the dialog of the visibility state in the attached image and the process should select the list on the left side and eg: A then hit the button RENAME on the right side then enter the new value from text or excel file then move to next B ... etc up to the end.
