How can I search a page and move the mouse and click on a link?

WITHOUT using COM... and just using any browser...
How can I search for something and move the mouse and click?
(Move the mouse and not rely on keyboard)

This would maybe involve scrolling down a page to find the exact link.

If not found on the first page, I want the code to go to the next page.

I thought maybe use OCR...? I looked up AHK OCR and there seems to be code for that.

I thought I'd ask for some input on the idea before I tried anything.
