Moving a chrome tab from one monitor to another

Hi all, does anyone know how I would go about moving an active Chrome tab from 1 monitor to the other? For example if I click or open a youtube link, it opens on a new tab on my primary monitor. I'd like it to either -

- detect that a youtube address has been opened and move it to a new tab on a secondary monitor, or
- move it with a hotkey

I found a plugin that does the latter but it moves the tab to a new Chrome window on a secondary monitor, not an existing Chrome window adding it to other open tabs.
