Accessing child windows

I can't seem to be able to get information about child windows (any of them). Basically, I am trying to get the handle to the highlighted window below:

I've searched the forums and online but nothing I try seems to work; it looks like I can't detect any child windows (both CefBrowswerWindow and Chrome_WidgetWin_0) - and DetectHiddenWindows is on. I'm sure I must be missing something real simple...
