EdgeHTML possibly?

Thought I'd cross post this here as well. It'd be awesome if the implementation of this wasn't too crazy. However, I have no idea where to start. Seems like we'd have to maybe use Lexikos' ActiveScript.

Found this link also today which agains makes mention of using EdgeHTML WebView in a win32 desktop app.
