Automate making Windows Explorer media thumbnails

I have a lot of folders containing mts, mov and mp4 files. When I open a folder in Windows explorer it slowly makes thumbnails for the files. Is there any way to do this in advance, preferably using AHK? I7d like to see the thumbnails immediately when I browse using Windows Explorer. Thanks.
