I want to change the registry that holds the numpad key (turn numpad on or off)
This can be done with : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel \Keyboard InitialKeyboardIndicators but that doesnt work because those settings are writing in the HKEY_USERS \ S-1-5-* reg keys... any user has this differently...
is there a way to InitialKeyboardIndicators, 2 add to those user (all of them) ?
btw everytime i reinstall windows or with other people pc's i want to be able to change it with their account
