Tooltip that shows a list of the last 50 key presses

I need a tooltip that will show the last 50 or so keypresses in a list, similar to how "Key History" works in the AutoHotKey GUI, but it needs to update in realtime. The tooltip needs to always show the the latest key presses, so it will have to overwrite the oldest entry or shift other entries up or down to make room for the newest one.

I have been trying KeyPressOSD but it only shows the latest keypress. Does anyone know how I could make this happen?
