Using button after someone is casting skill.

Any idea how can I write AHK to use "F" if target is casting "(This skill)" in game? But not to use it instantly only at after some seconds of his casting. Like the cast takes 5 seconds and I want to press "F" at the 4 second of the cast.

29-31s - There's being used this skill "Fear" and at the end of the cast time from enemy, the AHK should at the moment start to cast my skill under "F"
