Yeah, I understand the system is burdened by dishonest people, but that SHOULD not effect legitimate cases. The bottom line is the system is broken.

I am aware of a woman in our town who faked a bum leg and got disability. She is renowned as a dangerous thug/gang leader with a rap sheet longer than the red tape a city hall (actually, our town is so small the city hall is a room next to the library). As soon as she was accepted she tossed away her cane and would brag about scamming the system. She was accepted in less than a year. It took me seven, and I had multiple confirming reports from reputable medical sources...

20/20 a couple nights ago was surprisingly well timed.
People who fraud Disability Benefits. And Fortune teller scams (That was just... wow. So much money).

$3000/month for a hurt (not broken/shattered) shoulder for 3+ years (which was a scam).
But $0/month for <insert 2 digit number here> job-preventing issues?
Yay gov't logic! :P

Wow! Sorry to hear you were having so much trouble tidbit. Glad you are in recovery now. We need you around here, so take care of yourself. :D

And you might try reapplying for disability. If two collapsed lungs doesn't put you in the qualifying category I don't know what would...

I don't smoke, drink (alcohol) or do drugs, or high-adrenaline activities like sky-diving or base-jumping.
But I have lots of medical issues (I don't feel like getting into it ATM) and Lung issues is one of them. It just didn't show up until now. They (the docs) have no idea why, but only a few theories. None which can be proven without a time machine.

And yes, cute logo! The egg clearly is a master of hiding. Took me a while to spot it.

It'd be logic if you had to stop smoking or something like that.
