No Intellisense Topic is solved

Using Version 3.1.00 SciTE:5.2.2 Scintilla:5.2.2 Lexilla:5.1.6
Windows 11

I am new to AHK. I see in videos that scite4autohotkey has intellisense powered by a file UserAhkApi.ahk. That file does not exist on my computer; and intellisense does not work. How is this file obtained and how is it instanced?

afaik, intellisense ("calltip functionality") is broken in the latest SciTE4AHK (v3.1.0).

Calltip functionality has been temporarily removed as a side effect of the new syntax definition autogeneration, as well as SciTE limitations.

As a new user, I would consider using VS Code with AHK extensions, instead of SciTE, or other editors.
I mean I still use SciTE, because I am so used to it and I don't miss calltips, but I try to move away from it.
