how gui can react to touch keyboard show/hide

08 Aug 2021, 18:00

if your gui is covered (say, some controls are obstructed) by touch keyboard (yes, some people may use it sometimes), the best way to resolve it is to add "gui +resize" and its corresponding label/function, such as, "guisize". having that properly done, touch keyboard will automatically handle the window shifting and/or resizing chore.

i didn't know it. and spent quite some time to research for a solution. and have already written a handful of functions to tackle it. but then somehow discovered that it is totally unnecessary.

i could be the only one who don't know it. still post this just in case.

so, hope no one have to waste the time.
