VA.ahk for single sound

im using the VA library (vista audio) to listen the sound of the game and make an action but i want to know if there is a way to get the sound just from the game tab, so that the other sounds on the PC dont influence in the code, like discord or navigator.
if there is no way to do that, there is another library that can do this?
