Sending commands to a certain window without interfering with other windows

Hello AHK Community,

I was wondering if you could have 2 windows open, select 1 window, have AHK send some commands/keystrokes to the non-selected window WITHOUT deselecting the current window.

EX:
I am editing a video in camtasia/premire pro and I want to afk in transformice. How would I constantly be editing while the ahk script is pressing some keys that are being sent to transformice (a steam game/exe) without constatly freezing my actions?

Is that even possible?

Transformice player that needs 1000 saves for hard mode bit doesn't have time for it so afk in 1 and get free saves.
